Rooftop equipment along the corridor

Service, planned maintenance and change-outs for warehouses, shops, offices and light industrial units in north Denver, Thornton and Commerce City.

Service

Packaged units, in a climate that tests them twice

Equipment here runs hard in July and hard again in January, and the same unit does both. Gas sections derated for altitude, economisers that jam, condenser coils packed with dust, and belts that live outdoors through sixty-degree swings.

The first visit produces a list: what is on the roof, how old it is, and what is closest to failing.

Who calls us

  • Warehouses and distributionHeating a volume in winter, ventilating it in summer, and an office block at the front with a different problem entirely.
  • Light industrialProcess heat, make-up air where extraction is heavy, and equipment rooms that never get cold enough.
  • Retail and foodDoors open to the car park, exhaust pulling hard, and a sales floor that has to stay comfortable anyway.
  • Offices and clinicsZones that argue with each other and schedules set for hours the business no longer keeps.

Maintenance

Twice a year, in the right two months

Cooling checked before the heat arrives and heating checked before it turns cold — not whenever the schedule happens to fall. Filters, coils, belts, drains, economiser dampers, gas pressures and safety checks, per unit.

Written up each time, so replacement gets planned in the shoulder season instead of forced in the middle of a heatwave.
